What also saves lives in his opinion, is bodyart.

Ever since he survived the first wave of suicidal thoughts, he wanted a semicolon to be his first tattoo. As a symbol for his progress, and for how far he's come. Why? Because a semicolon is put when a writer was thinking about ending the sentence, but chose not to.

Over the years there has been created a huge movement called "The Semicolon Project" which is talking about the meaning of a semicolon combined with personal meanings when getting a semicolon tattooed.

Lenny Mika is convinced that tattoos can be very healing, which is his primary reason for being an aspiring tattoo artist.
